Weather Report is a Stand that appears a little bit into Stone Ocean, yet we see it's User prior to the Stand's reveal. Weather Report's User, Wes Bluemarine, has many plot twists involved in his story and has one of the most interesting plotlines in all of Jojo, in my opinion.
Weather Report has many strong weather-related abilities as well as it's suppressed ability Heavy Weather. We're going to dive down deep into the science of the Weather Control ability, along with the science and psychology behind the Heavy Weather ability.
There is a decent amount of "Jojo-logic" involved in the Heavy Weather ability and how it works, but also a good chunk of science too. So please enjoy, as we dissect this Stand as usual.
