The only ingredients for this soup are leftover vegetables and basic seasonings that you have at home,
but with the way you make it you will be amazed at how well you can make a soup that really brings out the flavor of the ingredients!

[Basic soup]
・1/2 ginger
・1/3 daikon radish
・1/2 carrot
・2 new potatoes
・1 slice of fried tofu
・1 chicken thigh
・1 pack of maitake mushrooms
・1 turnip
・Sesame oil (as needed)
・Water (as needed)
・1 dashi pack
・2 tablespoons of white dashi
・1 tablespoon of chicken stock powder
・2 teaspoons of salt
1. Eat all the ingredients. Cut into bite-sized pieces *Turnip melts easily, so cut into large pieces
2. Add sesame oil to a pan, and when it's hot, add ginger and chicken and stir fry
3. When the chicken is cooked, add daikon, carrots, and potatoes, stir fry lightly, then cover and leave for a while
4. When the liquid comes out, add enough water to cover all the ingredients and a dashi pack
5. After cooking for about 10 to 15 minutes, add turnip and maitake mushrooms and leave again
6. After leaving for about 5 minutes, season with white dashi, chicken stock powder, and salt
7. Just before serving, boil the spinach for a moment, arrange on a plate, and it's done!
[Aki-style onigiri]
1. Cook the rice on the firm side
2. Rub salt into your hands, put the ingredients inside, and form them into a ball
3. Roll the onigiri into nori, turn it upright, and place another ingredient on top to finish!
