Standing Pilates for Seniors Live! 30 Minutes of Balance, Coordination and Strengthening Exercises
Join me for a very important session to help you improve your balance. Bring a chair if you feel you need to, you will be able to this both with or without a chair. I'll show you the best exercises to improve your balance by strengthening all the muscle groups that help with standing strength and posture. Remember, it takes time and consistent practice to improve your balance and stability. So be sure to do this session at least three times a week if your goal is better balance and standing strength. Be patient with yourself and you will get there. Come and enjoy a very special Standing Pilates event just for you- 30 minutes of gentle exercise to improve balance, strength and coordination followed by a Q & A where from the comfort of your own home you can ask me questions, have dedications read out by me to friends and family whilst enjoying a nice cup of tea.
