Get to this version of Vemon by beating Bolse.
Star Fox has to fly to Andross' base, plowing through any and all bogeys in their way. They eventually reach a temple of some sort, where a giant (robotic) golem finds them and attempts to run away. Shoot it's different body parts to wear it down, then finish it off by shooting the head.
When Star Fox reaches Andross' base, Fox decides to (literally) fly solo to Andross.
When you get to Andross, shoot his eyeballs to keep him from attacking you for a little bit, if he tries to eat you, feed him a Smart Bomb. If you don't have one, steer away from his mouth.
First, take out his hands, then shoot at his face. He should collapse into a very creepy, brain-exposed robot head. Dodge his charge and keep shooting him until he's gone for good.
CONGRATULATIONS! You just beat of of the game's endings. In this case it's the bad ending, which you'll know when you see Andross's face in the sky sometime after Star Fox flies off into the sunset.
General Pepper's reaction to Star Fox's bill can change depending on the total amount of hits you have by the end of the game. In this case, I've exceed his expectations. Hahaha...
One last thing. The initials "CPR" is really my real full name initials. I found it funny, too.
