NOTE: 21:18 During the regroup phase, when you resource a card, it comes into play exhausted, but during the very following step of the Regroup phase, all of your exhausted cards (including that one) are readied. In the video I show the resourced card coming into play ready as a bit of a shortcut (since it's about to be readied in the next step), but for accuracy, it should come in exhausted and THEN be readied.
