This week at Starbase we watched in anticipation as SpaceX's preparations finally wound down and they launched the 8th flight test of Starship and Superheavy. Even though not quite everything went according to plan, in typical fashion, excitement was guaranteed and delivered. Meanwhile, over in Florida, there was plenty of excitement as well, as an otherwise routine Starlink launch and recovery mission ended in the loss of Falcon 9 booster 1086.
