Hey all! It's Tip Tuesday and this week we are talking about a HUGELY important topic that simply does *not* get enough airtime - How to start off a new job right when your last job kinda sucked. It's an area of getting yourself onboarded that no HR department thinks about because it's super personal. In this video, which is just 3 minutes, I share a few tips that I think will be very helpful. I wish I'd had this advice a couple of times in my career! _____________________ ❓ What's your best tip for starting a new job on a positive note? ____________________ SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQ4L-NncOqKKbQ_LyiE9rrg ________________ Hi! I’m Diana Alt and I’m a No BS Career Coach focused on helping leaders like you be happy at work. I believe work should feel good, not like a long slow march to oblivion. I’m not a fly-by-night career coach. I’ve been working with career changers and job seekers in tech and tech-adjacent fields since 2014. My goal help them find their ideal work, be valued, and get paid fairly. Prior to jumping full-time into coaching, I was an IT wonk for 20 years. I worked in diverse roles during that time – everything from developer to scrum master to product manager. These days, I help people figure out what they really want out of work, then build plans to go and get it. ________________ Learn more about me: https://www.dianaalt.com/ Check out my blog: https://www.dianaalt.com/blog Get my best in your inbox: visit https://www.dianaalt.com/ and smash the big green “Let’s Connect!” button!
