Statistics 101: Confidence Intervals, Population Deviation Unknown - Part 2.
*Two small corrections are annotated. When I reuse slides to save time I sometimes forget to change a number here or there. Nothing major. My apologizes.
In Part 2 we work through, explain, and interpret two multi-part word problems where we have to find a confidence interval by estimating the population standard deviation. We construct probability distributions for each problem and use them to make decisions. The conclusion of the video offers insight into just how important sample size can be when making decisions based on confidence interval estimates. Enjoy!
