Statistics 101: Two Populations, Matched Sample t-test.
In this video, we learn how to form hypotheses regarding the mean of the differences in a matched/paired sample scenario using a fictional weight-loss program. After we form our hypothesis, we learn how to calculate the test statistic, place it on the distribution, and then interpret our results in the context of the hypothesis. Knowing how to conduct single-sample hypothesis tests will be of great help since this topic is largely an extension of that concept. Enjoy!
