See all the arrivals for the launch event at Derby Works for 'The Greatest Gathering' due to take place in August 2025. This event at the end of January 2025 is the press launch, with a mix of steam, locos and units present to help launch the Railway 200 year.
The first arrival is GBRf locos 66315, and 69004 in convoy with 50049 from Kidderminster SVR. Next up is 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley' arriving light engine (with support coach) from Crewe.
37800 arrives from Leicester on behalf of Rail Operations Group, followed by DRS operated Thunderbird 57307 dragging the newly branded Pendolino 390016 as 390200.
See the various workings arrive into a busy Derby Station before making their way back out to Alstom Works at Derby Litchurch Lane.
