1lb [500g] Fish Fillet
1Tbsp Maggi All In One Seasoning Powder
1tsp Shrimp paste
1 Egg
7oz [200g] Chinese broccoli leaf
2 Coconuts
** Lemongrass paste
5 Kaffir lime leaf
2 Stalks lemongrasses
2Pc Chinese gingers
3 Soaked dried chilis
1Pc of galangal
2Pc turmerics
1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
** For topping
