腩排半斤骨排半斤
酸梅一粒
生粉1.5湯匙
鹽一茶匙
糖 1.5湯匙
雞粉 3/4湯匙
白胡椒粉少許
炸蒜 生蒜各 1茶匙
麻油約一茶匙
豆豉一茶匙

300 G BONE RIBS AND 300 BRISKET RIBS
SOUR PLUM 1
POTATO STARCH 105 TBSP
SALT 1 TSP
SUGAR 1.5 TBSP
CHICKEN POWDER 1.5 TBSP

FRIED GARLIC AND CHOPPED GARLIC 1 TSP EACH
