Ingredients
280g Beef (I used topside)
2 eggs
1 ts Shoaxing Chinese cooking wine
1/2 ts MSG
1/2 ts garlic powder
1/2 ts Bicarb
1 ts Light soy sauce
8 tbsp of cornflower or potato starch or a mixture
Sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 ts salt
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
Use your own choice of vegetables.. Enjoy :)
