Continuing on with the shadow work series, I felt compelled to bring to light any repressed or surface anger, feelings of depression and negative thoughts and patterns. It can be easy to fall into a dark place and the more we "live it", the more we can go down the spiral. It's like a dark vortex that sucks us in. There were times I had to remind myself of the dark place I was in and that I was keeping myself there. The only way out was to face the darkness and understand what took me down so low.
So, in this session, I will be sending healing energy to help you bring the darkness to light. To work through theses feelings and thoughts, so you can begin to understand what's holding you back. What can you do to face the darkness and to integrate the lessons lending experiences have taught you? How can you take from this and shine a light on yourself and onto others?
As you begin to step into the light, you will feel more at peace. The negative thoughts, feelings and patterns will become less and less. You will have a greater sense of freedom as you've been able to break the cycle and the chains holding you down. You will approach life with self-love, self-assuredness and self-compassion. It's time to step out of the darkness. 🌞
