The traditional recipe to cook the beef over rice is very complicated, so I am going to teach you a simple one.

Simplified stewed beef rice with red wine
[for two people]
Sliced beef—250g
Salt & Black pepper—some
Onion-1/2
Garlic-2 cloves
Shimeji-100g
Enoki—50g
Butter/cream-1tablespoon(tbsp)
Red wine-100cc
Cherry tomatoes—350g
Brown sugar—2 tablespoons
Ketchup—2~3 tablespoons
Steamed rice—2 bowls
