Occasionally there are comments/questions on the performance differentials with some of my saw builds/tunes. One customer was surprised at how much better a saw I zipped for him ran when compared to a stocker. He suggested that showing some of the different levels of zipped saws pitted against stock versions - siblings, cousins, and arch rivals, etc. Here we see a family comparison. I cover the "Stops" in the beginning. And again, by hand where I am far from perfect. I also wanted to Thank those that serve at the risk of their lives sometimes. So also again, THANK YOU to those that have served, those that are serving, and those that will serve at some point later. It is a higher cause - the safety of our country - and one that requires sacrifice, which may be great. Looking at the timed runs: Stock 461 tuned to 13,620 10:52, 10:01, 10:80 Stock 660 tuned to 13,020 8:02, 7:72 Psy-Ko 462 (they run @ 13,560 consistently) 7:72, 6:97 Insane-O SS 461 tuned to 13,560 6:71 6:30 Psy-Ko S 461 tuned to 14,640 6:30, 5:54, 5:56, & 5:78 (where I'm pulling hard on the handle bars as seen) We watched the 462 run a little faster than the stock 660 while giving up 19.4cc. We watched Insane-o SS 461 run 15/20% better than the stock 660 & the Psy-ko S 461 run a little faster. Keep in mind we are talking 35/37% for the Insane-O SS saw and 40/45% for the Torque Monster faster than a stocker. The Torque Monster Tuned about the same as the 462, beat the 462 by around 1.5 seconds either way. I am currently available for custom saw modifications. Please shoot me an email for you are interested. [email protected] Thanks for watching.
