HOW TO COOK STIR FRIED AMPALAYA (FULL VERSION) | Chinese Style

2-3 tbsps black beans (mashed lightly)
1 whole big ampalaya, washed, cleaned and seeds removed
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 big onion, minced
Slurry mixture:
3/4 cup water (add more if you want more sauce)
2 tbsps cornstarch
3 tbsps oyster sauce
Additional seasonings:
ground black pepper
brown sugar
salt (as needed) or soy sauce
