10g Carrot, shreds 10克 萝卜, 切丝
1 stalk Spring onion, pieces 1颗 青葱, 切段
1 Red chilli, shreds 1条 红辣椒, 切丝
2 Shallots, sliced 2粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
