400gm Oyster mushroom
150 ml water
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Ginger, 4 slices
Chili in oil or chili flakes
Sauce:
50 ml water
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
½ Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp cornstarch or potato starch
