大家好 这一期和大家分享砂锅炒番薯叶 希望大家会喜欢 材料 : 调味: 番薯叶 250克 盐 虾米 1 汤匙 白糖 蒜头 2 粒 香油 葱头仔 3粒 红辣椒 1 条 Ingredients (Diana Aw) 1. Sweet potato leaves, wash and separate leaves and shoots, then peel off the outer layer of the shoots 2. Shallots 3 cloves, sliced 3. Garlic 2 cloves, sliced 4. Dried shrimp 1tbsp, soak till soft then coarsely chopped 5. Red chilli 1pc, slice diagonally Seasoning 1. Salt little 2. Sugar little 3. Fragrant oil Method 1. Heat the claypot and add oil. Stir fry the dried shrimp till fragrant. Add shallots and fry till fragrant. Then add garlic and stir till fragrant. 2. Add in sweet potato shoots and stir fry. Add salt and sugar and mix well. Add the leaves and stir fry. 3. Add some water and turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 1min. Remove cover and add red chilli. Then turn back to high heat and stir fry till water has reduced.
