MSFS 2024 users are reporting a "phantom update" that will re-download your entire sim and leave you with an empty community folder and lose all your graphics & hardware settings and key bindings. This is very frustrating and I can confirm this is real as it has just happened to me! For those in the MSFS 2024 Beta team, please watch and don't do what I did!
