We all want to do the best we can, and therefore it's only natural to want to do the best workouts, best training plans, best sleep hacks and protocols and ... but the problem (and good thing is) that doesn't exist. We often try to over optimize chasing the final 1% only to continue making major mistakes and missing the 99%. In this video, I talk about process goals and a slightly different framework for them. Most of us defeat ourselves, often by over-doing it. How then, can we set our processes to focus on our strengths and help prevent the things that might derail us? Tune in to find out! This video was entirely recorded in a long run while training for a marathon that's 2 to 3 years away, and attempting to run 2000 miles and a sub 4:30 mile in 2025 on the way.
