Vanilla tart shell
All purpose flour 150g
Icing sugar 60g
Unsalted butter (Room temp.) 100g
Egg 25g (1/2EA)
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract 3g
Bake at 325f for about 15min
*Diameter 8.5cm cookie cutter
*I baked it on a silikomart sf002 half sphere mold
Strawberry mousse
Strawberry 235g
Sugar 40g
3 Gelatin sheets (6g)
Heavy cream 150g (Whipped)
Strawberry gelee
Frozen strawberry 300g
(You can also use fresh strawberries but frozen ones will extract more juice)
Sugar 25g
Lemon juice 4g
1 Gelatin sheet (2g)
*I got around 100g of strawberry juice after cooking
Fresh strawberry for garnish

무염버터 (실온상태) 100g
계란 25g (1/2개)
소금한꼬집
바닐라 엑스트렉 3g
160도에서 약 15분간 구워주세요 (우녹스 사용)
(오븐 사양, 쿠키 두께에 따라 시간이 달라질 수 있으니 유의하세요!)
*지름8.5cm 쿠키커터 사용했어요.
*실리코마트 반구 몰드 sf002 위에 얹어서 구웠습니다.

설탕 40g
판젤라틴 3장 (6g)
동물성 생크림 150g
딸기 젤리
냉동딸기 300g
(생딸기 쓰셔도 되어요! 냉동 딸기를 쓴 이유는 국물이 잘 나오기 때문에ㅋ)
설탕 25g
레몬즙 4g
판젤라틴 1장 (2g)
*1시간 정도 중탕해서 딸기국물ㅋㅋ 100g 만들었어요.
생딸기 자른거 (장식용)
