・chicken leg meat 1 piece
・white rice 0.18 L
・cilantro stem (or root) just enough
・garlic tube small spoon 1/4
・sugar small spoon 1/4
・soybean sauce small spoon 1/4
・alcohol small spoon 1 and 1/2
・salt small spoon 1/4
※Putting the water with the half amount of the usual into the rice cooker is okay because water comes out from the chicken (in case of serving for 1)

・nam pla small spoon 1 and 1/2
・vinegar small spoon 3/4
・miso small spoon 3/4
