Buddha Peanut Sauce Recipe:
1 Tablespoon chili oil (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon chili paste
! Tablespoon soysauce or tamari
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
heat oil, add garlic and ginger...slowly mix in the rest of the ingredients, add crushed peanuts last....thicken or thin to taste
