• Red chilli powder: ⅓ tsp
• Crushed coriander: half tbsp
• Cumin seeds: half tsp
• Dried fenugreek leafs: half tsp
• Turmeric powder: half tbsp
• Salt: half tbsp/ according to your taste
• Nigella seeds: half tsp
• Fried onion: 2 tbsp
• Ghee : half cup
• Whole chilli: 3-4
