Ingredients:
For chicken:
- 1kg boneless chicken
- 5tbsp oil
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp salt or to taste
- 1tsp crushed red chilli
- 1tsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
- 1/4tsp tumeric (haldi powder)
- 1/2 cube cut capsicum 🫑
- 1cube cut onion 🧅
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste

For sauce:
- 3tbsp mayonnaise
- 3tbsp ketchup
- 2tbsp red chilli sauce
- pinch of salt

For final result:
- bread slices as required
- eggs
- Bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- lettuce
- prepared chicken
- prepared sauce

How to make stuffing chicken bread pockets at home:
For chicken
Add oil in pan.Add ginger garlic paste and chicken in it.Cook it for 2 min on medium flame 🔥.Add red chilli powder, salt, tumeric, dhaniya powder and crushed red chilli in it.Cook it for 1 min on medium flame 🔥.Them add onion 🧅 and capsicum 🫑 in it.Coom it for 1 min on medium flame 🔥.Set it aside
For sauce
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and red chilli sauce in a bowlAdd pinch of salt in it.Mix well.

For final result
Take two slices of bread,Cut their edges,press them.Thwn take a lid.And press on bread.Then remove the extra bread.Dip this in egg then in bread crumbs.Fry them for 1 min on low flame 🔥.Then cut it from middle into two pieces.open it.Now add lettuce in it.Add full it with prepared chicken and sauce as u want.your delicious and yummy bread pockets are ready.Best for Iftari.
