Hi, this is Jia. I would like to share my favorite Korean recipes with you. I've been running Korean cooking class and food tour company in Seoul, Korea for the last 10 years. I wanted to share my secret recipes which are both easy to make and delicious. I hope you enjoy my video! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spicy Korean chicken stew Ingredients Chicken breast 1piece Chicken thigh 1piece Potato 1 Onion 1/2 Carrot 1/3 Cabbage 200g Leek 5cm Garlic 1 clove Ginger 1 cm Sauce Gochujang 2Tblsp Rice wine 1Tblsp Soy sauce 1 1/2 Tblsp Sesame oil 1/2 Tblsp Black pepper to taste Garlic(minced) 1tsp Ginger(minced) 1tsp Korean chili flakes 1tsp(option) Instructions 1. Cut vegetables in big bite sizes 2. Slice leek. Mince the garlic and ginger 3. Slice or cut chicken breast and chicken thigh 4. Combine sauce ingredients and mix 5. Marinade chicken with the sauce 6. Heat the pot. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the pot 7. Arrange vegetables into the pot. Add marinated chicken on the top of vegetable 8. Add 5 Tablespoons of water to the pot and cook in the medium heat until vegetable wilts 9. Mix chicken with vegetable and simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked 10.
