正月初九拜天公,是闽南人最重视的节日,而米糕是不可或缺的供品。传统米糕的制作过程其实不难,先蒸熟糯米,再放入椰浆白糖里煮。只要材料的比例对,好吃的米糕肯定能成功。
传统米糕/traditional bee ko/sweet glutinous rice cake❤️简单易做,不但松软香甜,也是祭拜的好供品
传统米糕:
400g糯米
160g白糖
200g椰浆
半茶匙盐
4片香兰叶
1片香蕉叶
适量红枣
注:煮椰浆时,一定要用中小火,切记不可大火。
Ingredients:
400g glutinous rice
160g sugar
200g coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 pandan leaves
1 banana leaf
Some red dates
Note: When cooking coconut milk, be sure to use a medium low heat, and remember can't use high heat.
