나둥이들 안녕하셔요~❤️ 하얼빈에서 인사드리는 나연입니다ㅎㅎ 오늘 오전 대한민국 아이스하키 결승전 보셨나요? 저는 아침 일찍부터 나가서 동메달 따는 광경을 목격했지요~~~✌️ 아까 만난 나둥이들도 넘 반가웠어요☺️ 하얼빈 춥지 않냐고 걱정하시는 분들이 많은데, 저는 하도 껴입고 다녀서 덥다는 말을 더 한 거 같아요😅 하얼빈에서 더워하는 여자 어때요?!?
오늘은 도쿄에서 짧게 찍어 온 브이로그와, 제 힐링 장면을(?) 담았습니다ㅎㅎ 🤣 도쿄에서는 너무 먹기만 해서 영상 찍기를 포기했거든요. 근데 또 맛있는 음식을 모아 두고 보니 기분이 좋길래 조금 모아서 가져와봤습니다ㅎㅎ🤤
그리고 오랜만에 본가에 다녀와서 엄마 밥도 왕창 먹었는데, 역시 집밥이 진리…✨ 밥 먹으면서 수다도 떨고, 반신욕도 하고 푹 쉬면서 힐링 제대로 하고 왔답니다. (나둥이들…진짜로 입욕제 잘 쓰면 붓기 확 빠지니까, 잘 찾아보세요!! 좋은 거는 저한테도 추천해주세요ㅎ)

A lot of people are worried about how cold Harbin is, but honestly, I’ve been layering up so much that I keep saying I’m hot instead😅 What do you think about a girl who’s feeling hot in Harbin?!?
Today, I’ve put together a short vlog from Tokyo along with some of my personal healing moments(?)🤣 In Tokyo, I was too busy eating, so I kind of gave up on filming. But when I gathered all the delicious food clips, they made me happy, so I decided to share a bit with youㅎㅎ🤤
Also, I recently visited my family home and ate tons of my mom’s cooking—home-cooked meals really are the best…✨ I chatted over meals, enjoyed a nice half-bath, and had a truly relaxing time. (Nadoongies… Seriously, if you use a good bath soak, the swelling goes down a lot, so look into it!! And if you find a great one, recommend it to me too)
