In this video I cut the rotten sills off of my Subaru and prep for replacement. I use a dormer spot weld drill and a grinder with a 1mm cutting disc. I start by drilling the welds and then doing gentle cuts to prevent hacking the inner sill.
This isn’t expert bodywork and I don’t pretend to know. It’s merely for tidy up and to pass an MOT. Hopefully it will be nearly as good as original when done.
