In Nagano city, sightseeing is done around Nagano station, and we stay one night in Matsumoto city.
The accommodation is "On-yado Nono Matsumoto" of the Dormy Inn family near Matsumoto station.

It's a popular Japanese-style hotel in Japan with tatami mats throughout and a large public bath. They don't serve dinner.
