干海带 10小片
大葱葱头 5个

10 pieces dried kelp
5 shallots
200g white radish
2 peeled onions
200g glutinous rice flour
water 2 liters
• 泡菜底料配料比例:
泡菜底汤 800毫升
无籽辣椒面 300克
鱼露 150毫升
酸梅汁 300毫升
白糖 3勺
蒜泥 5勺
生姜泥 2勺
梨汁,白萝卜汁 各300毫升
虾酱 2勺
• Hinch base ingredient ratio:
Singh Soup 800ml
300g seedless chili noodles
150ml fish sauce
300ml plum juice
3 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger puree
Pear juice, daikon juice 300ml each
2 tablespoons shrimp paste
