The dungeon is unfinished and buggy, but it is possible to fully complete through the use of Gameshark Codes. While New Game Plus is accessible, you'll soon be met with a soft lock upon jumping off the cliff in Tenzan Pass. It may be possible to skip past this softlock in the future if someone is able to create a Gameshark code that bypasses the flashback cutscene.
