The Deschutes River is a pretty special place and summer steelhead are a pretty special fish. In this film we get a look at two different passionate anglers that both share the love of fly fishing for these special fish and a passion for the river and its health.
Both Austin and Nathaniel are skilled fishermen and it was an honor to follow them around for a few months during the making of this short film. I hope that this film translates their love of this unique river and the steelhead that return to it each year.
