🍢 Kabob Koobideh Recipe (Ground Beef Version)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, grated and strained
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp paprika (optional)
1 egg yolk (optional for binding)
Instructions:
Mix everything thoroughly, cover, and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Shape onto skewers or into logs and grill or broil until cooked through and browned.
Serve with rice, grilled tomatoes, or naan and yogurt!
🥣 Jessie’s Easy Overnight Oats
Ingredients (per serving):
½ cup oats
½ cup milk (any kind)
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
1–2 tsp honey
½ cup frozen berry mix
Handful of granola (for topping in the morning)
Instructions:
In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and frozen berries.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with granola and enjoy cold (or warmed up if you like!).
