松羅國家步道是昔日泰雅族的獵徑，沿著松羅溪的溪岸而行。步道全長約2公里， 平緩好走，沿溪森林蓊鬱， 流水清淙怡人，成為森林浴及水岸絕佳健行路線。
Sungluo National Trail is a hunting trail used by the Atayal people in the past, along the banks of Sungluo River. The trail is about 2 kilometers in length. It is gentle and easy to walk. The forest along the stream is lush and the water is clear and pleasant, making it an excellent route for forest bathing and waterfront hiking.

松羅步道停車場→30分鐘 (1.6公里) →松羅步道入口→70分鐘 (2公里) →步道終點→45分鐘→松羅步道入口→30分鐘→松羅步道停場, 來回約7.2公里, 約3小時。
Sungluo Trail Parking Lot → 30 minutes (1.6 km) → Sungluo Trail Entrance → 70 minutes (2 km) → Trail End → 45 minutes → SungluoTrail Entrance → 30 minutes → Sungluo Trail Parking Lot, round-trip about 7.2 kilometers, about 3 hours

松羅步道停車場旁及步道管制站附近設有公共廁所。
There are public toilets next to the Sungluo Trail Parking Lot and near the trail control statoin of Sungluo Trail.
【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：搭乘1743、1743A、1744、1751、1798、綠12公車至松羅站，步行馬路約900公尺至松羅步道停車場。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「松羅國家步道停車場」，即可抵達目的地。停車場免費停車。
★Public transportation: Take bus 1743, 1743A, 1744, 1751, 1798, and Green 12 to Sungluo Stop, and walk about 900 meters to Sungluo Trail Parking Lot.
★By car: Google Maps satellite navigation and input "Sungluo National Trail Parking Lot" to reach the destination. Parking is free.
