Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)
1/4 of an onion
1 green pepper
2 eggplants
1 tomato (you can substitute tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, or ketchup, if you don't like tomatoes, ketchup is totally fine)
1 piece of ginger (or garlic if you want a punch)
150g ground meat
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons ketchup

Cut eggplant and green pepper into strips, tomatoes into coarse chunks, and ginger into chunks.
Saute ginger over low heat to release its aroma.
Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until it changes color.
Add green pepper, eggplant and onion.
Add curry powder and saute until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. (6) Add tomatoes and sprinkle salt. (7) Add sake and saute until tomatoes are cooked down.
7) Season with soy sauce, sugar and ketchup. Cook until the water has evaporated to some extent.
