Surf Perch Fish Cakes | How to Catch and Cook Surf Perch | Fishing Adventure in Newport Beach

I hadn't been out surf perch fishing in quite a while so it was time to hit the waves. I went out to Newport Beach and broke out the rod and reel. I started with jerk bait and then moved to a Carolina rig. The fishing was good and we were able to put some in the ice chest.
