Shaping and glassing a paipo surfboard out of an extra blank I had. It can be ridden as a body board or surfboard. Shaped from a high density blue foam surfboard blank. Glassed with 4 oz E-Cloth (2 layers on the deck and 1 layer plus a tail patch on the bottom) and Silmar polyester resin. I used white foam stain stripes, black hot coat outline, FCS 2 fin plugs and Ho Stevie nubster fins for a semi-finless feel. Dimensions are 3'6" x 21" x 2 1/2". I've only crafted a handful of boards and am not an expert, but this is the process that works for me.
