Harvest right freeze dryer: https://affiliates.harvestright.com/1056.html Easy Peach Cobbler with Cinnamon Topping Ingredients: 5 peaches, peeled, cored, and sliced (about 4 cups) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons butter 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup milk Ground cinnamon Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and salt. Stir well to combine. *Note: If using canned peaches, skip steps 1 and 2, and start from step 3. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the peaches release their juices. Remove from heat and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place butter pieces into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, and place it in the oven to melt the butter while preheating. Once melted, remove the dish from the oven. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined. Pour the batter into the baking dish over the melted butter, spreading it evenly. Spoon the cooked peaches and their juice (or canned peaches) over the batter in the dish. Sprinkle generously with ground cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 38-40 minutes. Serve warm, and if desired, top with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy this delicious and comforting peach cobbler with a delightful cinnamon topping! 📺 Our Main Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfhCBX-PIg7H92L1Kz33q7Q 👕 Our Website:(Everything Cog Hill Is There) https://www.coghillfarm.com/ ---------------- Thanks for hanging with the ladies of the farm, and hope youi have a wonderful day!
