250 gms Surti Papdi
100 gms Tuvar Dana
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt as per taste
2 cups Hot Water
For Muthiya:
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Gram Flour
2 tbsp Jivara Flour
1/4 tsp Ajwain
Pinch Asafoetida
3 tbsp Peanut Oil
1 cup Fenugreek leaves (fresh)
1/4 cup Fresh Coriander
3 tbsp Green Garlic
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
For Sabzi:
1 tbsp Peanut Oil
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Green chilli Paste
2 tsp Garlic Paste
4 tbsp Spinach Paste
1/4 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
Boiled Papdi
Boiled Muthiya
Hot water as required
1 tbsp Desicated Coconut
1 tbsp White Seasame Seeds
2 tbsp Sugar
Salt as required
1/4 cup Fresh Coriander
3 tbsp Green Garlic
Lemon Juice as per taste
