I had a long past month before my move, and really wanted to do a pick me up! I figured that since a lot of my stress and anxiety came from being glued to my phone, I'd try to replace it with a more tangible distraction like a notebook or sketchbook or camera. Something that I can create with on the go instead of passing time on my phone. And so I swapped my phone screen time with some fun stationery and I really enjoyed it!
