Marinated meat:
1 egg
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp sugar
A pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine
50ml water
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 tablespoon egg yolk powder
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of ice plum sauce
5 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
