INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked in a preheated 425 degree oven until the crust just starts to brown, then turn down to 325 for another 45-50 minutes or until your desired brownness (Time may vary depending on your oven.)

1 1/2-2 Cups Roasted Mashed Potatoes
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Large Eggs
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C UNsalted Softened Butter
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsps or more Vanilla Extract
1 Regular 9 inch Pie Shell
