Bisaya style FISH Escabeche/ SWEET and Sour FISH Recipe..SIMPLE QUICK AND EASY RECIPE 👌
Escabeche Ingredients:
1/2 kl Spanish Mackerel fish or (Tanigue fish)
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 pieces shallots
1 thum sized ginger
4 cloves garlic
small sized carrots
half red bell pepper
green bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon venigar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in water
a pinch of salt to taste
