Video opens with subadult eagle (eagle #2 from this video: https://youtu.be/KdM4_Xqc5B8?si=sMDnvuQaTEGizoMa) flying from the nest to the pond. M15 is at the pond for a bath. The subadult is on the bank; M15 wades in and starts his bath. He gets all his normal bathing moves in: body dunks, head dunks, shoulder dips, and wing swishes. The subadult plays on the the bank with plant material, flapping and doing foot carries. Views alternate between the Pond Cam and Cam1.
The subadult goes into the pond and flushes M15 out. Smart move, M15, getting out of the pond. The subadult is the largest of the three that were in the nest tree in the video linked above. After leaving the water, M15 is on the bank, and the subadult quickly moves toward him, flushing M15 to the DSPS (drive side pond snag). The subadult flies to the DSPS, flushing M15. He flies to the outer branch of the nest tree. The subadult flies in, displacing M15 to the attic. The subadult flushes M15 from the attic, chasing him N. (M15 was in cam view this morning, visiting the nest tree.) Additional information in the time stamps below, if interested. Click on any time stamp to advance to that part.
