It's finally coming - GameCube games will soon be playable via emulation on Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches, complete with a resolution boost, snappier loading times and online multiplayer. Except, we've seen this before, in the form of Nintendo's official emulated efforts on the Nvidia Shield TV - where more taxing Wii games were released on the Chinese Nvidia store. Tom recaps what might have been, and whether this could have been possible on the original Switch model years ago.
