In fond memories of previous June long weekends, when we had the Great Sydney Steam Train Race!!!
Here's the 2018 race, filmed from onboard both trains! Garratt 6029 & 3526 "The Nanny" were in charge.
The race started in earnest at Redfern and continued to Strathfield, where 3526's train took the flyover onto the northern line whilst 6029 & train continued West.
