GT freshman sensation Dani Carnegie shot 11 of 18 from their field including 6 of 8 from 3 on her way to a career-high 28 points. She also grabbed 7 rebounds and had 4 assists with a steal. Zoesha Smith and Tonie Morgan combined for 31 points while Smith had 12 rebounds and Morgan dished out 6 assists for Georgia Tech. Georgia Woolley led Syracuse with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists.
